Construction of Outside Plant Fiber Optic Infrastructure RFP

The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to furnish, install, and test outside plant fiber optic infrastructure for its broadband infrastructure deployment. The project involves the construction of fiber optic infrastructure along and adjacent to Moonshine Road, just north of Logsden Road, in Lincoln County, Oregon. The selected vendor will be responsible for furnishing, installing, and testing high-quality materials in accordance with recognized industry standards, attached specifications, and attached construction plans. Key tasks and deliverables include materials procurement, installation, and testing, as well as compliance with applicable codes and federal requirements. • The project requires the installation of fiber optic cables, conduits, and associated hardware. • The vendor must ensure that all materials meet or exceed required specifications and comply with applicable codes and federal requirements. • The project involves working with existing utility poles and installing new ones as needed. • The vendor must coordinate with the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials. • The project requires compliance with Indian preference requirements and other applicable laws and regulations.
