The County of Volusia is seeking a qualified audio-visual firm to provide exclusive services for all convention and meeting events at the Ocean Center. The selected contractor will serve as a strategic hospitality partner, delivering professional, full-service audio-visual solutions to event clients while maintaining the service standards and business objectives of the Ocean Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing audio-visual services, including equipment, labor, and technical support, for a wide range of events, including conventions, trade shows, corporate meetings, and banquets. The contract term will be for an initial three years, with the option for two one-year renewals. * The Ocean Center is a full-service convention and event facility located in Daytona Beach, Florida. * The facility hosts a broad range of conventions, trade shows, corporate meetings, association events, and banquets throughout the year. * The primary event spaces include the Arena, Exhibit Hall, Ballroom, and Meeting/Breakout Rooms. * The contractor will be required to provide a wide range of audio-visual services, including sound, video, lighting, and staging. * The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the service standards and business objectives of the Ocean Center. * The contractor will be required to provide a detailed proposal, including pricing, staffing, and equipment information.
