RFP 2026-0500-0019 Special Education State Performance Plan and Annual Progress Report Federal Reporting Consultant

The Department of Education and Early Development is seeking a consultant to coordinate with the state's Special Education Section to ensure timely and accurate reporting, analysis, and technical reports for federal reporting of the Annual Progress Report and State Performance Plan. The selected contractor will provide support for indicator information, assist with responses to federal Office of Special Education Programs, and conduct annual training presentations. The contractor will develop and implement a reporting system, provide training and consultation to department staff, and engage in bi-monthly consultation with the project manager.
