Liquid Salt Brine Maker

The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) seeks a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, install, train on, and warranty an automatic liquid salt brine maker system (Accubrine® NXT‑Gen or equivalent) for use at the Sheep Creek location on US‑95. The contract covers the full equipment package, freight, on‑site installation, an eight‑hour training session, and a minimum one‑year warranty with stipulated corrective‑action timelines. Vendors must be authorized distributors or manufacturers, possess required insurance, and submit pricing via the IPRO system. • Provide a complete brine‑maker system meeting detailed technical specs (≥200 gal/min, 4.5 cy capacity, stainless‑steel and polypropylene components, PLC‑controlled HMI, etc.). • Deliver to ITD’s Coeur d’Alene office and install on‑site within 90 calendar days of order receipt; training to be completed within 30 days of acceptance. • Submit a price sheet, signature page, proof of distribution rights, warranty docs, and a Certificate of Insurance at award; invoice within 30 days of acceptance.
