Chemicals for Chillers

The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking a vendor to provide chemicals for chillers and cooling towers at the GPO Main Campus in Washington, D.C. The vendor will maintain and service the chillers and cooling towers with minimal downtime and equipment failures. The vendor will service all equipment, take water samples, deliver the ordered chemicals, and pump the chemicals into the chemical feed tanks on a monthly basis. The contract will be for a period of one year. Key responsibilities include: • Maintaining and servicing chillers and cooling towers • Taking water samples and delivering chemicals • Pumping chemicals into chemical feed tanks • Providing monthly service visits and electronic reports • Conducting quarterly water analysis and inspections • Testing for legionella and maintaining chemical feed stations
