JLG Refurbish

The 190th Maintenance Squadron at the 190th ARW Forbes Field ANGB requires a contractor to refurbish a JLG lift. The scope of work includes replacement of hoses, fluids, filters, batteries, sensors, hydraulic cylinders, and diagnosis and inspection of electrical systems and components. The contractor will also inspect drive motors, axles, swing gear, and the basket. The installation will occur at the contractor's facility and must be completed within 120 days of contract award. • Replacement of all hoses, fluids, filters, batteries, sensors, hydraulic cylinders • Diagnosis and inspection of all electrical system and components • Thorough inspection of all drive motors and axles • Thorough inspection of all swing gear and basket • Pick-up and delivery coordinated by the contractor • Installation at the contractor's facility
