Ice Skating Rink

The City of Dublin seeks a full‑service operator to supply, install, operate, and remove a seasonal outdoor ice‑skating rink (minimum 40 ft × 80 ft) at Riverside Crossing Park, timed to support the Christkindlmarkt holiday market. The contractor must provide all equipment (refrigeration system, modular rink components, Zamboni, skate rentals, lighting, fencing, ticket office, etc.), qualified personnel (licensed electricians, refrigeration technicians, skating staff), and manage day‑to‑day operations, including safety, first‑aid, and revenue collection. The City will supply three‑phase electrical service, water, and basic site services, while the operator retains all revenue and may propose revenue‑sharing arrangements. The contract initially runs for two years with up to two optional one‑year extensions. • Provide modular ice‑rink infrastructure (40 × 80 ft) with refrigeration ≤ 55 °F. • Deliver, install, operate, and remove the rink (Oct 5‑12 2026 installation; Nov 18 2026‑Mar 15 2027 operation; Mar 15‑Apr 1 2027 removal). • Supply all staffing, equipment maintenance (Zamboni, skate rentals), ticketing, safety, and first‑aid services for the seasonal operation. • Coordinate with the City’s Christkindlmarkt event schedule and adhere to local codes, permits, and utility provisions.
