27-029 - Price Agreement for Winter Rock Salt

The Springfield Department of Public Works (DPW) is seeking to obtain Rock Salt. The rock salt should meet the ASTM standard D632-72 Type II grade 1. The estimated value is not to exceed $750,000.00.The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5. All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than September 24, 2026 by 4:30 P.M. to Antonio D’Angelo at AD'[email protected]. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
