Description
The City of Oakland, Office of the Human Services Department, Community Homelessness Services Division, seeks qualified firms, agencies, project teams or individuals to provide homeless and housing services. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will create a list of qualified candidates who can complete implementation tasks related to Homelessness Services throughout 2026 – 2028.
