124th FSS Dining Facility Attendants and Contract Cook Services

The Idaho Air National Guard (IDANG) is seeking a contractor to provide dining facility attendants and contract cook services at Gowen Field. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with the option to extend for up to four additional 12-month periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing food services to the IDANG personnel. The evaluation criteria for the proposal will include technical capabilities, project management, understanding of required work and reporting requirements, past performance, and price. • The contractor must provide a proposal that meets the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contractor must demonstrate a clear understanding of the services required and the reports that must be supplied to the Government. • The contractor must provide a staffing approach, contract management plan, training plan, and subcontractor management plan. • The contractor must provide a proposed schedule for startup operations and a plan for managing time off requests. • The contractor must provide a price for the base period and each option period.
