EWEB ITB 26-018-G Non-Conductive Substation Fencing

The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) is seeking bids for the purchase of non-conductive substation fencing. The fencing should be made of a durable, UV-resistant, and flame-retardant material. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The project requires the installation of fencing at various substations, with an average of 950 linear feet per site. The fence should be 8 feet high and include at least two 20-foot-wide vehicle gates. • The fencing material should be able to withstand various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures and weather. • The contractor should have experience in designing and manufacturing similar fencing systems. • The contractor should provide references and certifications to demonstrate their qualifications. • The contract will include a 3-year limited warranty on all products against defects in materials and workmanship.
