The USDA is issuing a Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) to lease a general‑purpose office space with an attached warehouse (wareyard) in Georgetown, Sussex County, Delaware. The lease must meet detailed space, parking, and security requirements for the Farm Service Agency (FSA) and the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), including private offices, open workstations, conference rooms, breakroom, reception, secured storage, mudroom/shower, and a 5,000 SF wareyard. Minimum rentable square footage is approximately 8,400 SF (including common areas) with a maximum of about 8,600 SF. The Lessor must provide specific interior finishes, electrical and data infrastructure, HVAC controls, ADA‑compliant fixtures, and a full suite of security systems (cipher locks, IDS, duress buttons, etc.).
