Notice of Intention to Sell Securities

The Santa Clara Valley Water District is issuing an advance notice of an upcoming securities sale. Bids will be submitted electronically for three series of water system bonds and notes: the tax‑exempt Refunding Revenue Bonds (Series 2026A), the taxable Refunding Revenue Bonds (Series 2026B), and the taxable Revenue Notes (Series 2026C). Separate electronic bid windows are set for each series, with the earliest closing on August 25 2026 and the final closing on September 9 2026. Detailed Official Statements and Notices of Sale will be available via MuniOS and LSEG Data & Analytics, or directly from the district’s municipal advisor. The district reserves the right to adjust sale dates with notice. • Three bond/notes series total roughly $525 million in principal (≈ $274 M + $88 M + $163 M). • Electronic bids are accepted via PARITY®; 2026A bids close 7:45 am, 2026C bids close 8:15 am on Aug 25 2026; 2026B bids close 8:15 am on Sep 9 2026. • All supporting documents (Preliminary Official Statements, Official Notices of Sale) are accessed online or through the municipal advisor (Edmund Soong).
