OTSO Field Rep Contractor

The Ohio Department of Public Safety is seeking a contractor to provide services to clients. The scope of work is attached as Exhibit 1. The contractor will be required to perform services according to the agreement and the scope of work. * The contractor will be compensated at an hourly rate of $42. * The total amount not to exceed $49, the 500 cap. * The agreement is effective from the receipt of a purchase order through June 30, 20XX. * The contractor shall furnish its own support staff, materials, tools, equipment, and other supplies necessary to complete the work. * The contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
