Description
Camden County is seeking a qualified firm to provide on‑call Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) services for a variety of linear construction, park, and building projects throughout the county during a one‑year contract period (Oct 1 2026 – Sep 30 2027). The contractor will prepare remediation forms, conduct investigations, develop materials management plans, oversee remedial activities, and deliver final reports in compliance with NJDEP and SRRA requirements. Proposals must be submitted in sealed hard‑copy format by September 9 2026, with questions due by August 21 2026. No electronic submissions are accepted.
• Services are on‑call; the County may request work as needs arise across multiple departments.
• Must hold a New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional credential and provide detailed hourly rates for each staff member.
• The contract includes reimbursement of NJDEP permit fees; all other expenses (travel, overtime, equipment) are non‑reimbursable.
• Mandatory insurance coverages (Professional Liability $1M, General Liability $1M/$3M, Workers’ Comp, Auto Liability) and various certifications (BRC, MBE/WBE, OFAC disclosures) are required.
