Yearly Preventive Maintenance and Repairs, as needed, for four (4) Cat® C32 1000 kW (60 Hz) Diesel Generators (Existing Government Equipment) located at the Wallops Command and Data Acquisition Station (WCDAS), Wallops Island, VA

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking sources for yearly preventive maintenance and repairs for four Cat C32 1000 kW diesel generators located at the Wallops Command and Data Acquisition Station (WCDAS) in Wallops Island, Virginia. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and expertise to perform yearly preventive maintenance, diagnostics, calibration, and inspection services on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis. The scope of services also includes a mechanism for separately ordering on-call repair services each year, and as needed. • The contractor must be able to provide all services for four Cat C32 1000 kW diesel generators. • The contractor must be OEM certified and use OEM parts and materials. • The contractor must provide detailed written service reports after each visit. • The contractor must be able to diagnose and repair the generators as needed.
