HMO Elevator Maintenance Service

The U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo is seeking a contractor to provide elevator maintenance services under a fixed-price contract. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to perform maintenance at the U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo. The contract term will consist of a base year and four one-year option periods. The contractor shall not assume responsibility for certain items of elevator equipment, such as car enclosures, buried caissons, and computer devices not exclusively dedicated to elevator equipment.
