NDNG - UTES - Portable diesel-fired heater - UPDATED

The North Dakota Army National Guard, Unit Training and Equipment Site (UTES) is seeking a portable diesel-fired heater for warming engines during cold winter months. The requirement is for a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and the Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the request for quote, will be most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation factors include price, technical capability, delivery time, transportation costs, and warranty. * The portable diesel-fired heater must meet the requirements set forth in the Product Description. * The offeror must have current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit invoices in the Wide Area Workflow System (WAWF). * The offeror must provide a quote that includes shipping/freight costs and is good for 30-45 days. * The Government reserves the right to make no award resulting from this RFQ.
