U.S. Consulate Sao Paulo – Gardening and Ground Maintenance Services

The U.S. Consulate General in São Paulo is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price contractor to provide comprehensive gardening and external grounds maintenance services for its facilities. The contract will be awarded to the lowest‑priced technically acceptable offeror and will run for a base year with an optional one‑year extension. All labor, equipment, materials, insurance, and related costs must be included in the monthly price.
