Issuer and Bond Disclosure Counsel Services

The Kansas Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Issuer and Bond Disclosure Counsel services. The selected vendor will be responsible for drafting Official Statements, Final Remarketing Memorandums, and other related documents. The vendor will also provide advice on bond disclosure matters and assist with the issuance of bonds. The contract period is expected to be from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2031. The vendor must have experience in providing similar services to government agencies and must be able to demonstrate their expertise in bond disclosure and municipal finance. • The vendor must have a strong understanding of the Kansas statutes and regulations related to bond issuance and disclosure. • The vendor must have experience in drafting Official Statements and other related documents. • The vendor must be able to provide advice on bond disclosure matters and assist with the issuance of bonds. • The vendor must have a strong reputation for providing high-quality services and must be able to demonstrate their expertise in bond disclosure and municipal finance.
