The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking quotations for a Nikon Dual Head Microscope System, brand name only, from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) or authorized dealers. The system must be delivered to the VISN 05 Medical Center in Baltimore, MD within 60 days of contract award. The contractor must provide a price quote for each contract line item number (CLIN) designated in Attachment 2. The government will evaluate quotes based on the best benefit to the government at a reasonable price. • The system must be a new, OEM item, with no used, refurbished, or remanufactured supplies or equipment/parts allowed. • The contractor must be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM. • All software licensing, warranty, and service associated with the equipment/system must be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. • The government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation. • The government will unilaterally award task orders to fund the required services for each facility.
