2420--Utility Tractor - VA Medical Center - Chillicothe

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, is seeking potential sources for a tractor to be provided for the Chillicothe VA Medical Center. The tractor should have specific salient characteristics, including a diesel liquid cooled engine, dual wheel heavy-duty all-terrain tires, and a 72” finish mower deck with back roller. Interested contractors must submit their company information, including name, address, UEI number, and business size/type under NAICS 333112. Contractors must also be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) and meet the requirements of FAR 19.102 if they wish to claim preference for small business status. • The tractor should be new, not refurbished or used. • The contractor shall provide one tractor ride on mower to the Chillicothe VA Medical Center. • Additional features preferable are suspension seat and hand controls. • The contractor must be registered with the SBA and meet the requirements of FAR 19.102 to claim preference for small business status. • The contractor must be registered with SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) to claim preference for veteran owned small business status.
