Budget estimate

$50,000 – $150,000

No contract value is disclosed. Based on typical Alaska wetland delineation contracts of similar size (≈11 acres) and the extensive deliverable package (GIS datasets, multiple report formats, jurisdictional determination), a reasonable estimate ranges from $50,000 for a small specialist firm to $150,000 for a larger environmental consulting company. Factors influencing the final amount include contractor experience, travel/logistics to remote Bethel, and any required subcontractor expertise for specialized GIS or soil analysis.
