The delivery location is USCG Airstation Kodiak, Hangar 2, Building 20, Kodiak, AK 99619. The period of performance will be the date of award – 30 days after receipt of order. The government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quote is responsive to the RFQ and considered to be the lowest price technically acceptable. • The quote must include the offeror's best terms from a price and technical standpoint. • The offeror must provide the full solicitation number on all packages. • The offeror must submit their quote via email to [email protected] by 07/20/2026 at 12:00 PM, Alaska Standard Time (AST). • The offeror must include their SAM UEI, TIN Number, CAGE Code, contractor name, payment terms, point of contact name and phone number, email address, warranty, and date offer expires. • The offeror must provide a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Feb 2024), or notification that FAR 52.212-3 representations and certifications are available on SAM.gov.
