Shawnee State University and its Foundation are seeking an experienced investment‑consulting firm to advise their investment committees, refine policies, benchmark performance, and assist with manager selection. The work includes policy review, governance guidance, performance analysis, manager search support, and up to three in‑person committee presentations per year, with additional remote communication as needed. Vendors must submit a detailed pricing schedule (including examples for $50 M, $60 M, and $75 M asset bases), meet extensive compliance and insurance requirements, and demonstrate prior experience with public‑university or nonprofit foundations of similar size. • Review and develop investment policies, procedures, and committee charters. • Provide performance‑analysis, benchmarking, and manager‑selection support. • Deliver up to three on‑site presentations annually plus remote communications; submit reports, recommendations, and any required documentation. • Must disclose conflicts of interest, carry specified insurance, and comply with Ohio “Buy‑Ohio” preferences and other statutory requirements.
