Safence High Tension Cable Rail Barrier System

The Montana Department of Transportation, Maintenance Division, is considering an award of a Sole Source Purchase Order to Gregory Highway to provide a Safence High-Tension Cable Rail Barrier System. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Potential vendors who believe they can provide an equivalent product or service meeting all the requirements listed are invited to provide a detailed description of their product or service. The vendor must use the Q&A Board in eMACS to present any questions, comments, or requests for clarification or interpretation of any information within this notice. • The vendor must provide their full company name, address, and phone number, as well as the contact(s) for their company who can answer questions regarding their submitted response. • The vendor must upload their product information that would be equal to or better than Gregory Highway Cable systems. • The vendor must review and accept the Single Point of Contact information, the Letter of Intent to Sole Source, and the Q & A Board information.
