The Pease Development Authority is seeking qualified vendors to supply dyed diesel (tax‑exempt) and unleaded gasoline for its International Tradeport. The contractor must deliver fuel to 13 above‑ground tank sites within 24 hours of request, provide tank‑level sensors at no cost, and comply with stringent TSA/FAA security requirements for work in the Airport Operations Area, including SIDA badge acquisition and vehicle markings. Pricing is based on a fixed per‑gallon markup over wholesale rates, with all taxes, surcharges, and delivery costs included.
