Description
This five‑year indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (ID/IQ) contract awards a firm‑fixed‑price supply source for a suite of diesel‑engine components supporting an 800 kW, 60 Hz DPGDS (Diesel‑Powered Generator Set). The government will purchase four commercial‑off‑the‑shelf (COTS) parts—starter motor, two magnetic contactors, and an alternating‑current generator—on an annual basis, with deliveries to a DLA distribution center in Pennsylvania. The contractor must meet strict military packaging, CARC coating, and data‑package (TDP) requirements, hold an active DLA Joint Certification Program (JCP) status, and provide a one‑year warranty on all items.
• Supply up to 25 starter motors, 5 of each magnetic contactor, and 5 generators over the five‑year base period (BEQ quantities).
• Deliver items FOB destination to DLA’s New Cumberland Facility (DoDAAC W25G1U) with MIL‑STD‑129R marking, SPI‑AG00000605/00606 packaging, and required Technical Data Packages uploaded via DoD SAFE.
• Must be a HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, or EDWOSB small‑business and possess an active DLA JCP certification; all submissions are electronic via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
