Transitional Living Residential

The North Dakota Department of Human Services is seeking a proposal to establish and operate an 8-bed Transitional Living Residential Services for individuals 18 years old and older with mental illness and/or substance use disorder in Bismarck, ND. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a safe and supportive environment for residents. • The services should be designed to help individuals transition to independent living. • The program should provide a structured and supportive environment. • The vendor should have experience in providing similar services. • The program should be staffed by qualified professionals. • The vendor should have a plan for providing ongoing support and services to residents after they leave the program.
