Hauling Disposal Scrap Metal Material

The Lexington County is seeking bids for hauling disposal scrap metal material. The bid submission deadline is 7/28/2026. The bidder must also certify that they comply with Section 12, Chapter 54 of the SC Code of Laws 1976, as amended, relating to payment of any applicable taxes. • The bidder must submit a proposal that includes all applicable information. • The bidder must certify that the proposal is made without prior understanding, agreement, or connection with any corporation, firm or person submitting a proposal for the same materials, supplies or equipment. • The bidder must agree to abide by all conditions of the proposal. • The bidder must certify that they are authorized to sign the proposal.
