PACAF Air Chiefs Symposium (PACS) 2026

The Department of the Air Force is requesting information for lodging and conference space for the PACAF Air Chiefs Symposium (PACS) 2026. The event will require 175 hotel rooms, one administration room, one conference room with technical capabilities, 15 break-out rooms, and 20 reserved parking spaces. The venue should also be able to provide buffet-style breakfast and individual meals for lunch, with accommodations for various dietary needs. A dedicated event coordinator is also required to aid in the organization of the event. The submission deadline is September 22, 2025, at 2 pm HST.
