Call for Art

The Lansing Board of Water & Light (BWL) is seeking artists or artist teams to create 2‑dimensional artwork for a prominent wall (33 ft × 10 ft) in its REO Town Headquarters conference room. Submissions may be existing pieces or proposals for new works, but must reflect BWL’s identity and the Lansing community. Proposals must be sealed, submitted through the IonWave portal, and include artist qualifications, artwork images, a concept statement, a project timeline, and a line‑item budget. Evaluation will consider cost, adherence to specifications, and thematic relevance.
