FOREIGN-TRADE ZONE

The Pease Development Authority (PDA) seeks a qualified consulting firm to manage and support New Hampshire’s Foreign‑Trade Zone 81. The contractor will provide day‑to‑day FTZ management, guide and review Alternative Site Framework (ASF) applications, conduct two training seminars for prospective FTZ users, assist with the annual FTZ report, and perform any additional administrative tasks needed to satisfy PDA’s FTZ responsibilities. The work is primarily advisory and administrative; no on‑site presence at the PDA office is required, but the consultant must disclose any potential conflicts of interest when representing clients seeking FTZ designations. The contract runs for three years with optional one‑year extensions.
