The City of Boise is seeking a qualified contractor to clean, de‑water, and remove obstructions from a variety of municipal sewer siphons ranging from 8‑in. to 27‑in. in diameter, followed by closed‑circuit‑television (CCTV) inspections to locate pipelines requiring rehabilitation. The work includes flow‑control device installation, traffic‑control coordination, and delivery of inspection data in both digital and hard‑copy formats. • Clean and de‑water sewer siphons (8‑, 12‑, 18‑, 24‑, and 27‑inch) across multiple Boise neighborhoods. • Perform CCTV inspections on each cleaned siphon and provide video files, logs, and reports. • Install flow‑control/plugging devices as required and manage traffic‑control permits with ACHD/ITD. • Submit a fully signed electronic bid via JAGGAER by 9 Sept 2026 11:00 AM MDT; attend virtual bid opening on Microsoft Teams.
