Towing and Vehicle Storage Services

The Town of Queen Creek seeks a qualified towing firm to provide 24/7 on‑call towing, recovery, vehicle transportation, and storage services for municipal vehicles, law‑enforcement incidents, accidents, and special events. The contractor must maintain a fleet of tow trucks, have licensed operators, and be able to respond quickly to calls, clean up accident scenes, and store vehicles securely. Proposals must include rates (see attached schedule), fleet composition, insurance proof, and references. Evaluation will consider experience, response times, rates, and compliance with licensing and ethical certifications.
