Statement of Qualifications for Special Events Services

The County of Los Angeles, Department of Parks and Recreation, is seeking qualified vendors to enter into a Master Agreement to provide Special Events Services, including concerts, festivals, trade shows, cultural events, and sports events. The selected vendors will be responsible for booking, producing, and promoting these events at various park locations in Los Angeles County. The events may include food, beverage, and merchandise sales, as well as sponsorship and advertising opportunities. The County is looking for vendors with at least 5 years of experience in operating events similar in nature and scope to those described in the RFSQ.
