The Idaho Transportation Department is seeking a single, fully‑featured, automated liquid‑salt brine‑maker system (Accubrine ® NXT‑Gen or an approved equivalent) to support state road‑maintenance operations. The vendor must supply, deliver, install, commission, provide on‑site training, and offer a minimum one‑year warranty with a 30‑day repair response. All work, including freight, installation, and training, must be completed within the contract’s defined timeframes, and the vendor must be an authorized distributor or manufacturer of the equipment. • Deliver and install the brine‑maker at the Sheep Creek site within 90 calendar days of order receipt. • Provide a minimum of one eight‑hour training day for ITD personnel within 30 days of equipment acceptance. • Supply a manufacturer‑backed warranty of at least one year, with warranty repairs completed within 30 days of notification. • Include all costs (equipment, freight, installation, training, warranty) in a single price sheet; no hidden charges. • Submit required documentation (technical compliance, COI, insurance forms) via IPRO/LUMA by the solicitation deadline.
