Tent RFQ small 10 yrs

The Illinois Department of Public Health is seeking a vendor to provide a 20-foot x 20-foot custom-made event post frame tent for use at multiple sites. The tent must have a 7-foot-tall sidewall pole made of 2-inch diameter anodized aluminum and 16-oz PVC vinyl canopy and sidewalls. The vendor must provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, commercial liability insurance, auto insurance, worker's compensation insurance, permits, and fees necessary to deliver, install, set up, maintain, operate, tear down, and store the tent for 10 years. The vendor will be responsible for storing, maintaining, and cleaning the tent between events, including mending any tears or damage caused while in use. • The tent must have removable sidewalls with one entrance on the front wall and two windows on each side wall. • The vendor must be available on a 24-hour basis for emergency duty. • The vendor must provide maintenance for the duration of all events with minimum requirements. • The vendor is responsible for communicating with the agents of the events as defined in the RFQ.
