The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) seeks innovative commercial‑product solutions for comprehensive refrigeration maintenance at its UK commissaries (RAF Lakenheath, Mildenhall, Alconbury, Croughton). The contractor must provide preventive, unscheduled, and 24/7/365 emergency support, adhere to UK host‑nation regulations and DoW standards, and deliver transparent fixed‑price quoting and reporting.
