Marine Coaching services

The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy is seeking coaching services to support its waterfront program, which includes sailing, rowing, and other water-based activities. The selected contractor will provide coaching and instruction to midshipmen, as well as support for the academy's varsity sports teams. The contractor will be responsible for providing expert-level coaching and instruction, as well as assisting with the development and implementation of training programs.
