Howard County is seeking a qualified contractor to design, supply, install, calibrate, operate, and maintain a telemetered sewer‑flow‑monitoring network at up to 14 permanent locations. The contractor must provide all hardware (data loggers, sensors, RTUs, communications), software for data acquisition and reporting, and ongoing maintenance including quarterly site visits, monthly flow reports, and rapid response intensive reports. The scope also includes safety compliance (OSHA confined‑space), background‑check fees, insurance coverage, and training of County staff. • Provide hardware (ultrasonic depth, pressure‑depth/velocity sensors, RTU, data logger) and communication equipment for 14 sites. • Install, calibrate (minimum three calibrations per site), and maintain the system with 95 % data‑uptime guarantee. • Deliver monthly flow‑monitoring reports, one‑day on‑site training, and respond to up‑to‑six intensive reports per year within one week.
