Description
The Petersburg Borough seeks a qualified consulting firm to create an Industrial Pretreatment Program (IPP) for its wastewater treatment facility, ensuring compliance with federal (40 CFR Part 403) and state regulations. The scope includes program documentation, technical evaluations, industrial user surveys, and development of local limits and regulatory components.
• Develop a full IPP that meets EPA and Alaska environmental standards.
• Conduct industrial discharge assessments and stakeholder interviews.
• Produce technical reports, local limits, and implementation guidance for the Borough’s wastewater system.
• Deliver all documentation in a format ready for regulatory approval and future use.
