Cost Share for Federal Funding Opportunities Clean Hydrogen Program

The CA Energy Commission is providing cost share funding for eligible projects under the Clean Hydrogen Program. The purpose of this solicitation is to provide cost share funding for applicants that apply for and receive an award under an eligible federal Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA). Eligible applicants include businesses, individuals, and public agencies. The project must meet the requirements stated in the solicitation manual, and demonstration projects located and benefiting disadvantaged and/or low-income communities and/or Tribe(s) will be eligible for preference points under the scoring criteria. The cost share funding will be provided as a reimbursement, with a 50% match required. The funding source is federal, and the funding method is reimbursement.
