Supplies - OAPCC Gift Cards - Ann Arbor

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to furnish and activate gift cards in the required denomination and quantity of 500-$50 Wal Mart Gift Cards, 217-$50 Amazon Gift Cards, and 10-$50 Target Gift Cards. The gift cards will be used as research participant incentives in a VA Research Service-funded research study to help with recruitment and retention of study participants. The vendor will not have any access to VA sensitive information or systems. * The vendor shall supply and activate the gift cards in the required denomination and quantity. * The gift cards shall be mailed to 2215 Fuller Rd., Ann Arbor, MI 48105. * The vendor shall provide a quote that includes the UEI number, lead time, and section price/cost schedule. * The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
