The van should meet the technical specifications outlined in Attachment 1. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and provide evidence of at least 5 years of experience in sales of commercial vehicles. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible offeror. • The contractor must provide a filled-out Standard Form SF-18 and a pricing table. • The contractor must provide evidence of their ability to provide the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources to perform the contract. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to export control and sanctions. • The contractor must provide a copy of their Italian Company Registration Report. • The contractor must provide a brochure illustrating the features of the vehicle.
