RFQ for Qualifications for Engineering Services

The City of Whigham, GA is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide on‑call public‑works engineering services for a variety of state‑ and federally‑funded projects (e.g., CDBG, GEFA, USDA). The contract will cover identification of infrastructure deficiencies, concept design, cost estimating, permitting, bidding assistance, construction administration, inspection, and reporting. Firms must be licensed, experienced with government‑funded projects, and able to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) by September 28, 2026.
