Budget estimate

$6,000,000 – $10,000,000

The budget for this opportunity can be estimated based on the average cost of hotel/motel rooms in the area and the estimated number of rooms required. Assuming an average cost of $100 per night per room, and an estimated 2,754 rooms required over a period of six months, the total budget could be around $8,316,000. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget may vary depending on the specific rates offered by the contractor and the actual number of rooms required. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include: • The average cost of hotel/motel rooms in the area • The estimated number of rooms required • The duration of the contract • The rates offered by the contractor
