Logistical and Auction Services

The Kansas Department of Revenue is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to establish a pool of Contractors to perform Logistical and Auction services. The services include providing logistical support for seized assets, conducting auctions, and managing the sale of assets. The contract will be for a period from the date of award through October 31, 2026, with the option to renew for three additional twelve-month periods. The Contractor will be responsible for enforcing all terms of the sale, collecting sale proceeds, and remitting them to the Kansas Department of Revenue. • The Contractor will provide logistical support for seized assets, including inventorying, packaging, loading, and transportation. • The Contractor will conduct auctions, either on-site or online, and manage the sale of assets. • The Contractor will be responsible for marketing the auction and attracting buyers. • The Contractor will provide an itemized list of items sold and remit proceeds to the Kansas Department of Revenue within thirty days of the auction date.
