Description
The Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract on a noncompetitive basis to Tower Products Inc. for the supply of OIL1040 - SOLVENT LOVO. The solvent must meet specific requirements, including a maximum VOC of 55%, a vapor pressure of 6mmHg or lower at 68 degrees Fahrenheit, and a specific gravity of less than 0.9.
