Request for Proposal for Audit Services

The Southeast Arkansas Economic Development District, Inc (SEAEDD) is seeking audit services for its fiscal years ending June 30, 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028. The audits must be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and include necessary audit procedures to report on the District's internal control over financial reporting and its compliance with certain provisions of laws, regulations, contracts, and grants. The selected respondent will be required to conduct audits in accordance with the provisions of OMB Circular A-133, Government Audit Standards, the Single Audit Act of 1984, and applicable laws of the State of Arkansas. • The audits must include reports on the District's internal control over financial reporting and its compliance with certain provisions of laws, regulations, contracts, and grants. • The audits must be conducted in accordance with the provisions of OMB Circular A-133, Government Audit Standards, the Single Audit Act of 1984, and applicable laws of the State of Arkansas. • The selected respondent will be chosen based on their ability to serve the best interests of SEAEDD. • All responses must be received by June 23, 2025.
